Building community and support for your parenting journey.
This support group series is designed for new postpartum moms with newborns (0-6 months) to foster community and provide a space for sharing and processing the experiences of new parenthood. The primary focus is to process and navigate the challenges and adjustments of motherhood. Discussions will cover a range of topics, including—but not limited to—postpartum anxiety and depression, emotional recovery after birth, feeding, self-care, and adapting to new routines and changes in relationships.

Welcome, I’m Jazmin Ponthier, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Based in the Bay Area, I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. However, my true passion lies in supporting women through the complex and transformative experiences of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
Motherhood is a profound journey—one that brings both joy and challenges. My approach is relational, attachment-based, and strength-focused, with a deep commitment to social justice and cultural humility. I strive to create a supportive and understanding space where women can share their experiences, find connection, and build resilience. Please know that you don’t have to go through this alone—our postpartum group is here to support you every step of the way.
