Depression
Feeling Drained, Disconnected, or Stuck?
Depression can feel heavy in ways that are hard to explain. You may find yourself low on energy, struggling to focus, or moving through your day with a sense of fog or disconnection. Depression can also overlap with anxiety and ADHD, making everyday life feel even more overwhelming, especially when you feel stuck, restless, pressured, or unable to follow through.
Even small tasks can feel overwhelming, and things that once felt meaningful may now feel distant or out of reach. You might be showing up to work, maintaining responsibilities, and doing what you need to do, while quietly feeling exhausted, discouraged, or unsure of yourself. Over time, this can affect your confidence, relationships, and sense of direction.
If this feels familiar, you are not alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying.
Support for the Emotional Weight of Depression
Therapy for depression is not about forcing yourself to feel better or pushing through. It is about creating space to understand your experience, process what feels heavy, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful way.
Together, we can explore what feels stuck, build self-awareness, and help you move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. The goal is not to rush change, but to gently create the conditions for clarity, energy, and connection to return over time.
Taking the First Step Can Feel Hard
When you are feeling low or depleted, reaching out for help can feel especially difficult. You may wonder if things will change, or if it is worth the effort to try.
You do not have to navigate this alone. Therapy offers a place to be supported, understood, and met with care as you begin to make sense of what you are experiencing.
Let’s Begin Together
If depression has been affecting your energy, motivation, relationships, or sense of self, therapy can help you feel less alone and more supported in your process.
You deserve a space where you can slow down, be understood, and begin moving forward with care, intention, and support.

Frequently Asked Questions
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and parents of children with ADHD who are struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the individuals I work with are bright, thoughtful, and hardworking, yet often struggle internally with exhaustion, self-doubt, focus difficulties, fear of failure, performance anxiety, persistent stress, or difficulty sustaining motivation.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and deeply respectful of how your brain works. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, identity, and nervous system, with an emphasis on understanding how you naturally think, feel, process, and navigate the world.
Our work together may include building practical supports for coping, communication, emotional regulation, organization, and daily functioning, while also exploring the deeper sources of stress, burnout, masking, or recurring patterns. My goal is not to fix who you are. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, reduce distress, and build more sustainable ways of living.
Getting started is simple. You can schedule a free 20 minute consultation and we will take it from there. During the call, you can share what is bringing you in, ask any questions you have, and we will explore whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no pressure and no commitment required.
Yes. I provide secure telehealth therapy for clients throughout California, so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Many of my clients find that telehealth actually makes it easier to show up consistently, which matters a lot when you are already managing a full plate.
