Teen Therapy
Providing Authentic, Compassionate Care
Adolescence can be a time of intense pressure, change, and emotional complexity. Many teens appear capable on the outside while quietly struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, academic stress, or the pressure to keep up. Therapy offers a supportive space where teens can feel understood, build insight, and develop the tools they need to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
Therapy can be a place for teens to better understand themselves, move through challenges with more clarity, and build the insight and coping skills needed for lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and parents of children with ADHD who are struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the individuals I work with are bright, thoughtful, and hardworking, yet often struggle internally with exhaustion, self-doubt, focus difficulties, fear of failure, performance anxiety, persistent stress, or difficulty sustaining motivation.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, warm, and neurodivergent affirming. Therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, identity, and nervous system, with an emphasis on understanding how they naturally think, feel, process, connect, and navigate the world.
