Adult Therapy
Providing Authentic, Compassionate Care
In world that asks you to keep up, stay strong, and hold everything together, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from yourself. Many of the teens, adults, and parents I work with appear capable on the outside while quietly struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or the weight of constant pressure underneath.
If that feels familiar, you are not alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful change with support that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in everyday life.
